Bus Operations Analyst IIDescription -Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities: Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve variety of common business issues.Understands regulatory requirements and stays compliant with HPI’s standards and guidelines.Understands Businesses requirements and guidelines and be able to come up with solutions / improvements. Perform RPL entity Screening and maintain high levels of quality and drive team efficiencies.Responsible for following all due diligence procedures/processes.Actively support manager/lead in reporting requirements and provide production data to ensure accurate monthly metrics.Actively generate performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.Proactively update processes documentsBe focal point for escalations from HUB to Other areas in GT as required.Develop tracking tools supporting internal functions / activities (Smartsheet, Power BI)Supports open communication through active participation in team meetings, staff meetings, and other internal group forums.Encourages open discussion among colleagues through professional courtesy, good listening skills, and non-confrontational behavior.Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
