Retail Account Manager for Retail Partners in the Balkans RegionDescription -As a Retail Account Manager for Retail Partners in the Balkans Region you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to manage the delivery of our PS and print products and solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world’s leading technology companies. You will be responsible for managing our Retail Channel in the Balkans region.Responsibilities for Retail Channel: Serve as the expert to the partner for more advanced information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurationsSupport sales by analyzing opportunities and communicating sales collateral within their area of focusAnalyze the retail markets and propose solutions for achieving targetsWork on the partner landscapeDefine partner targets and forecastCoordinate HP retail partner programsAchieve assigned targets for HP assigned products, services and softwareTransactional selling working within a team of selling professionalsInfluence partners to create and maintain their HP funnelInfluence partner business manager and/or end user sales teams on partners' capabilities and meritsCoordinate the partner marketing activitiesEnsure partners are compliant with legal and internal HP practicesEducation and Experience Required: University or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 2-3 years of experience in the retail business, preferably in the IT fieldKnowledge and Skills Required:Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channel, including competitive positioningUnderstanding of a select set of HP's products, software and services. Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings and overcome objectionsKnowledge how to develop account plans with partner to grow HP's share of the businessPartner effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account managementUnderstanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partnersWe love our work environment and career growth journey.
