Responsibilities: Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance); identifies trends and makes observations & recommendations.Manages day-to-day post-sales order management (e.g., credits, returns) and resolution of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis); handles multiple moderately complex customer accounts.May mentor non-exempt level team members on day-to-day activities.Manages open order (backlog) report issues resolution and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues if necessary.Resolves order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly).Supports EET&I Print Category Management team members for operational and planning functions (on key processes such as business planning, forecasting, unit allocation to countries/orders, country business reviews).Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters, evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree with recommended focus in business, finance, or data science.1 year since you finished your studies.Fluency in English.Typically, up to 2 years of experience in a related field.Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation), both in local language and English.Developed understanding of local legal compliance issues.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests.Strong knowledge of Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.Good teamwork skills.Intermediate time management skills.Developing project management skills.Developing mentoring and coaching skills.What we offer:2 years employment contract (January 2024 – January 2026), with the possibility of extension.Personalized Onboarding program.Development program for developing cross-roles transferable skills of tomorrow.Blended learning program: soft skills, digital skills, business acumen, career development planning, tools.Your additional benefits package:Flexible working schedule.Wellness programs, Medical services for you and family, Dental Plan, Fitness Programs, Kindergarten, Transportation, Vacation Vouchers.Vendors discount program (restaurants, cinema, clothing, and other).Thank you for taking the time to review our job; if you think it matches your experience and interests, please apply today, we are eager to learn more about you!Do you want to know more about us?
