Supply Chain Services Solutions Enablement LeadDescription -Organization Introduction:In this position, you will be a part of the SSC Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability Solutions team, whose mission is to develop scalable capabilities and solutions to support the HPWS portfolio. We are committed to becoming an industry-leading, sustainable, and socially responsible service provider.Job Overview:As a Solutions Enablement Lead, your role is pivotal. You'll be responsible for executing the Solutions Plan of Record (POR) and coordinating Solution Domain leads to respond effectively to new deals and new service introductions (NSIs) from a Services Supply Chain (SSC) perspective.Key Responsibilities:Translate business goals from NSIs and Deals into actionable plans for the team, including:Ensuring there are short and long-term roadmaps, forming matrix project teams, articulating workstreams, and monitoring project progress.Identifying critical dependencies with other projects.Resource capacity planning and allocation within the Solution Design team.Addressing gaps and removing roadblocks to ensure successful goal achievement.Providing regular updates to executives on capability enablement status.Partner with Workforce Delivery Solutions (WDS) and SSC Leads to define, prioritize, and develop projects and initiatives aligned to and Customer needs and Services Supply Chain’s vision.Leads complex cross-functional initiatives cross-domains that have a high impact on the services business.Provide support during program or project definition, development, and implementation phases.Drive return of investment scenarios, benefit projections, risk analysis and financial close the loopPromote the adoption of best practices and project management methodologies.Develop methods for fostering innovation and change within the organization.Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and junior team members.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.+10 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.MBA, PMP, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering and international project management skills.Skills:Possess a growth mindset and a positive attitude towards challenges.Strong business acumen & Negotiation Skills.Problem Solving Skills.
