HP Inc. is addressing the rapidly growing demand for information and evidence of corporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance by seeking a dedicated ESG Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic team that leads the creation and delivery of ESG information to key stakeholders – shareholders, raters & rankers, regulators, customer, and employees. This role will lead the advancement of HP Inc’s ESG reporting and disclosure capabilities by leading projects to assemble and deliver HP Inc qualitative and quantitative performance data required to comply with ESG disclosure demand globally.  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Project manage responses to key ESG disclosures, rankings and ratingsAnalyze results of rankings and ratings to determine disclosure gaps and drive towards year-on-year improvement.Drive improvements in HP Inc's responses to stakeholders’ and customers’ ESG surveys.In collaboration with HP’s ESG Digital Transformation and finance teams, develop ESG data repository and controls roadmap relevant to rankings and ratings, and execute to roadmap.Manage evolving assurance roadmap for key ESG rankings and ratings disclosure while maintaining schedule.OTHER POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute compliance implementation to ESG reporting requirements, including developing frameworks such as SEC climate disclosures, EU CSRD, and EU Taxonomy.Manage the double materiality assessment process and other risk assessments as needed.Benchmark to drive innovation and enhancements. Conduct regular benchmarking for core deliverables and identify and implement enhancements to ensure deliverables meet the Sustainable Impact and Compliance team's needs and standards.In collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team and Market Engagement team, understand and respond to requirements and trends in the ESG communications area (GRI standards, anti-greenwashing requirements, ESG reporting requirements, innovative ways of communicating information, etc.).Create and maintain detailed schedules in conjunction with ESG related Subject Matter Experts and other functional areas such as Corporate Affairs, Finance, Communications, Investor Relations, and others Support additional ESG projects and teams as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, policy, management, sustainability or equivalent practical experience.Working knowledge of reporting frameworks, policy, and regulatory development.Minimum 1 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability disclosure, policies, GHG accountingProven self-starter with excellent business judgment, problem solving, organization and networking skillsKnowledge and Skills RequiredExperience working with multiple stakeholders across global teamsStrong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.Good presentation skills to all levels of organizationA high level of professionalism/integrity and ability to work with sensitive and confidential informationA self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.Agile, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for influencing teams across an organization with indirect authorityWillingness to travel as neededWhat we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
