With ambitious initiatives and projects including Leadership transformation, Employee development and experience, Skill-based career framework, and implementing enabling technology, with employee experience at the heart of what we do, we are looking to expand our Talent & OD team.As a Talent Management Specialist, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a variety of projects in our global talent frameworks and processes, in addition to helping drive the implementation of those initiatives to the business. You will work globally, on cross-functional teams (within HR and with our business leaders) to deliver on our priorities and frameworks. You’ll report to the Talent & Organizational Development Senior Director and be part of a highly collaborative team, benefiting from the mentorship and support of more senior team members.What You’ll Bring To The TableWe are looking for you to have passion for strategic talent management, be technically adept at your craft, be an advocate for outstanding employee experiences, and be successful in implementing talent initiatives on a global scale. You embrace growth mindset and empathy, you can operate in an ambiguous environment, and you aren’t shy to ask questions which feed your curiosity and challenge the status-quo.Some Details About What You’ll DoSupport our Talent Processes and Programs: contribute to specific projects or initiatives from the design through execution, including implementation, enablement, ongoing governance, and process evolution.Collaborate effectively with people across different teams and provide support as needed.Help create and deliver impactful presentations, and communication sessions, that reinforce the story we are building at Genesys and drive adoptionLeverage data to generate talent insights to support process/program design, implementation, and transformation.Support introduction and implementation of Workday Talent OptimizationDesired Skills And ExperienceApproximately 5-7 years of experience in Talent, OD, Human Capital, HR Consulting or as an HRBP with exposure to Talent topics.Experience in fast-pace high-growth environment preferably in global tech, undergoing significant transformation.Experience being a key contributor of a major initiative in one or more of the following areas: performance, career development, talent technology implementation (Workday), manager effectiveness, leadership development.Demonstrated relationship building skills with multiple HR and business stakeholders.Strong HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking.Experience with implementing or administering HR-enabling technology, as well as with collaboration resources.Experience in working in English (spoken, written), across different time zones and culturesIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
