Responsibilities include configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing integration, collaborating with teams, analyzing requirements, and implementing solutions. The role requires expertise in integration, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.What you bring to the team4+ years of experience as an EPIC Developer or similar role within a healthcare environmentProficiency in EPIC software development, including familiarity with EPIC modules, Chronicles database, and scripting languages (e.g., Cache ObjectScript)Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations (HIPAA, HITECH), and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)Experience with healthcare system integrations, API development, and data exchangeAWS full stack development experience: database, server-side, and front-end5+ years total development experience2+ years of design and development experience in technologies using REST APIs and microservices architectures2+ years AWS experienceAtleast 1.5+ years React and Node.js based real time application experienceSpecific AWS services of interest include but is not limited to: S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudFront, Route53, IAM, SNS, SQS, KMS, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail etc.Experience with CI/CD and automated testingDemonstrated success in actively contributing to large consulting projectsEffectively communicates to diverse technical and nontechnical audiences, including developers, technical leads, peer architects, delivery owners, business owners, senior leaders, etc.Experience in full life-cycle software development or methodology using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementationWork with teams as they perform feature level design, development, testing, and performance analysis.Develop the required technical pieces/end-to-end solutions for multi-layered applications on a variety of technology stacks2-3 years of experience developing with contact center technologies like Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Nice, Talk Desk, etc.Services provided by the candidate will include design, development and diagnostics in both traditional and agile forms. Customer interaction is to be expected along with experience in Genesys product API’s, common third-party tools, applications and business systems. The work will be intellectually challenging and will expand with the evolution of the Genesys product roadmap.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Ability to work independently on routine duties or projects with general instructions on new assignments.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.Must demonstrate ability to effectively understand and consult with clients and partners (vendors and internal teams) in a high paced environment and flexible schedules.
