Your potential is waiting; why are you?As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be part of the Digital & AI Team based at our Centre of Excellence in Galway. You will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful conversational experiences for AI bot projects and self-service support centres. A Professional Services Consultant should understand business requirements, conduct UX research, and create natural dialogue flows keeping technical constraints and product capabilities in mind. You’ll work directly with the customer to design, develop, and test customised bot applications within the Genesys Cloud platform. Also, you will be responsible for the design of creative and unique AI-powered conversation flows for Genesys customers.Major Responsibilities/Activities: Engage with clients to identify requirements and feasibility of technical requests.Provide AI Bot designs and workflows that meet client specific requirements for Genesys Cloud implementations.Configure, test, document, and optimise Genesys Cloud deployments as defined within the delivery framework.Simultaneously work/ develop across multiple customer projects.Deploy “error-free” configurations and custom code where required.Participate in project status meetings.Shape and prototype solutions outside of client-facing projects that expand the core product offering.Work with the Support Organisation to resolve product/project issues.Capture and support the collection of Best Practices for Genesys Cloud deployments, customisations, and integrations.Work closely with other Professional Services Consultants on larger projects.  Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! 1+ years of relevant experience with Javascript, HTML & CSS.Ability to create demos/prototypes and explain functionality to internal and external audiences.Experience of working in a client facing role.You are a good communicator and comfortable communicating to a variety of stakeholders.Strong problem-solving capabilities with a “get it done attitude”, helping to overcome any technical hurdles with the adoption and roll-out of Genesys solutions during the pre- and post-sales processes.A good knowledge of UX design.Fluency in written and spoken business English.Even better if you have: Exposure to and/or interest in other cloud technologiesKnowledge/interest in other AI bot technologiesExcellent Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API’s, SDK’s, SaaS models.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent is desirable.Key Characteristics: Empathy: You are curious about how other people work, live, and think, you will enjoy meeting the users of our products, and thinking about design by visualizing yourself as one who will use it. Creativity: You can generate numerous potential solutions to a problem.  Superb communication skills: You can communicate broad concepts as well as fine detail through written and graphical media.  A quick learner: You can understand systems and processes, both in software and in the real world.  Outstanding collaboration skills: You are an effortless collaborator.
