Your potential is waiting; why are you?General requirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA.Should have 5.5 to 7.5 years of IT experience in software test automationGood in Root cause analysis and Debugging Strong analytical and communication skillsStrong decision-making skillsShould be a good team player who enjoys collaborating with othersExpected to be 100% Individual ContributorRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement efficient Testing practicesParticipate in Planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC Provide Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed FeaturesProvide estimates for the Testing related tasks. Develop test plans, test environment and test scenarios for new product featuresWrite API & UI automated tests Conduct Test plan and Code reviews to ensure the quality of Test Cases, Test coverage and Automation CodeIncrease Automation confidence by reducing random test failuresWork in an agile team along with developers Introduce and promote best practices to other team membersIdentify QA Risk and Mitigation Plans and ensure product delivery as per the release timelineTechnical skillsExpert knowledge on Object Oriented Programming concepts and Design Patterns Hands on knowledge on TestNG framework Working knowledge in REST API automation.
