This APIs help customers access Engage Platform functionalities and thereby they can integrate these APIs into their own product to provide a integrated environment to its agent. The GWS suites of components are developed in Java and spring framework and it uses Redis, Elastic Search, Cassandra for storing and retriving data with ease. Also it uses latest tools such as github actions for its CI/CD and uses prometheus and grafana cloud for monitoring and Logging. Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise:Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
