Genesys recently acquired Exceed.ai and is looking to expand the team and add advanced AI for Sales and Marketing capabilities to the Genesys platform.As a Senior Software Engineer in the Genesys Digital Experience group (DX), you will join a team focusing on the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI services in a global deployment. You will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous change and innovation are certain. This is an opportunity to be a team member with ownership responsibility for production-level service deployments and operations with global reach and maximum customer impact.Most importantly, at Genesys, we know the importance of having fun on this journey and promoting a strong collaborative team culture with hackathons, weekly casual tech talks, and team gatherings.What you will do:Develop, design, and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant applications that will help drive improvements toward the features, reliability, performance, and efficiency of the Genesys DX platform.Work with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.Actively review code, mentor junior development staff, and provide peer feedback.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve pain points and evangelize best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and come up with solutions as required.What you will bring to the table:6+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented language.Hands-on development of microservices architecture cloud-based environments.Experience designing and developing complex systems.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent certificate from Mamram.An excellent collaborator with great communication skills.
