Your potential is waiting; why are you?The Marketing Systems Specialist will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations team while supporting the Global Sales Development Team. Responsibilities will be focused on ensuring key lead management processes and insights are in place and working properly to enable the global Sales Development teams to maximize their success.  We are looking for someone with strong organizational, prospecting, systems, process, and analytical skills who can work well within a growing and dynamic global marketing organization.  The person who joins the team should be a self-starter with a knack for being able to ID related issues, prioritize support requests and manage projects to successful completions within specific SLAs.  This person will also have a hands-on role and will perform some systems configuration and report building.  Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the sales development role and understanding of the sales process. This role will also need to collaborate with cross-functional groups and be available to support multiple time zones. We work in a fun, fast paced environment, and this person must thrive in these conditions and be flexible and accepting of change. There are 4 key areas of focus for this role: ·       Lead management process operations ·       Issue resolution and systems configuration ·       Analytics and reporting ·       Training and enablement   Key Areas of Responsibilities ·       Manage the Sales Development ticket system·       You will be the first point of contact for all lead management process support related issues and work with other members of the Marketing Operations team where needed to resolve trouble tickets ·       Provide proactive feedback/updates and set realistic expectations with both the ticket requestors and workers ·       Provide hands-on support and directly update and configure Salesforce.com and other engagement software setting related to the lead management process ·       Manage reporting and dashboard requests on behalf of the global sales development team, working closely with MO as needed ·       Maintain reporting & dashboards against KPIs ·       Monitor the lead management process to ensure critical processes are functioning properly to successfully route priority leads and accounts to the sales development team at the right time and with the correct status and campaign history ·       Assist with quarterly and end of year opportunity audits ·       Design and develop training materials on Sales Development Tech Stack, applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning curriculum that best fits the needs of the audience and content using learning management systems (LMS)·       Maintain training & enablement materials on our SDR Academy page and make sure the wiki is updated with relevant information for the team·       Manage new hire user setup and support the Sales Development new hire onboarding by providing live training sessions on our Sales Development tech stack ·        Collaborate with the Sales Development Support team to drive adoption of processes & tools and ensure the onboarding and learning process is seamless across functions ·       Collaborate with Campaign Alignment Manager to provide reporting & analytics on campaign & engagement success and make improvement recommendations on reporting ·       Support efforts to maintain positive sales and marketing alignment ·        Analyze trends and results across our sales and marketing systems – Engagio, Salesloft, Eloqua, PathFactory, Salesforce and more -  and recommend new tools·       Maintain existing tools for SDRs and identify options to improve system integrations to build a seamless storytelling model for SDRs to implement   Desired Qualifications & Skills ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Great problem solver; ability to grasp difficult concepts easily ·       Resourceful & ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs ·       Superior organization and time management ·       Ability to juggle multiple projects and successfully manage programs and technology solutions in a dynamic, high pressure environment ·       Exceptional project management, analytical and problem solving skills ·       2+ years of experience using a sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, etc) – Salesloft preferred ·       2+ years of experience using a CRM platform – Salesforce preferred ·       2+ years of experience in analytics – specifically building reports, identifying trends, and adjusting strategy based on those trends·       2+ years of experience in Marketing Lead Management or Process Management ·       Familiarity with using reporting and analytics dashboards to ID issues or trends - Salesforce and Tableau preferred ·       Work remote ·       Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experienceCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
