You would be responsible for developing the messaging alongside a wide range of partners, including leaders from sales, executive communications, and product management.As well, the person in this role will be responsible for defining the release marketing strategy and ensuring its successful execution. With a weekly release cadence, Genesys has a ton of impactful features that need to be packaged up into themes that resonate with our different audiences.RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the VP of Product Marketing and SVP of Portfolio Marketing to craft our corporate message, both internally for sales enablement and externally to drive brand awarenessUnderstand buyer needs and translate Genesys value propositions into compelling narratives and value propositions for the different segments, industries, and go-to-market motionsDrive company positioning and messaging through customer, industry, and internal eventsCollaborate with creative team to build and continuously up-level contentCollaborate with our executive communications team to ensure corporate themes are evangelizedPitch ideas to further Genesys's position as an innovator and leader in the marketPartner with product management and product marketing teams to develop a scalable strategy for release marketing. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
