Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: Software Licensing and Entitlement AnalystDepartment & Team: Customer Success and Service Global Operations -Licensing and Entitlements TeamReports to: Paul NotaroLocation: Manila, PhilippinesSummary: The Licensing and Entitlements Team has a wonderful opportunity for a candidate to join us at Genesys and learn the many facets of premise perpetual and subscription licensing.  This position works cross-functionally and provides support to Sales, Renewals, and Order Management.  This role will review customer-purchased and actively maintained entitlements for alignment with the Genesys Buying and Selling Rules and will provide our customers with accurate and timely activation files. The Licensing Team is focused on providing excellent support to our Genesys Customers and providing them with great customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Learn and use Genesys, as well as Third-Party Licensing tools, policies, and procedures.Generate and provide accurate and timely activation files based on correct customer licensing entitlements.Generate entitlement reporting within SFDC, to ensure data integrity.The ability to interface with internal and external resources to provide great and timely customer service with empathy.Learn about Genesys products and services, licensing, pricing, selling models, and deal structure, to ensure sales transactions are within the Genesys Buying Rules and are technically licensable and provide feedback to internal and external customers.Provide feedback on internal operations to improve the delivery of services.Set and achieve personal and development goals.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years equivalent industry work experience.Ability to multitask and manage priorities with strong attention to detail.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Deliver a superior customer experience with empathy.  Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.Demonstrated problem-solving experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Salesforce experience helpful.#LI-NR1#LI-HybridIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
