When a job that fits your background opens, we will reach out and provide the full job description.We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who is just as excited and motivated as we are about taking Philippines HR to the next level.Reporting to the Philippines Head of HR, the HR Business Partner should have strong demonstratable experience in independently partnering with all levels of management to provide technical leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to talent management, employee relations and compensation & benefits.You will work closely with our Head of HR to promote Genesys as an Employer of Choice, a collaborative workplace open to ideas & innovation, with the right people, capabilities, behaviors & mindset for the Genesys of today and tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:Supports the full spectrum of our talent management priorities, including talent attraction, development, engagement and retentionIndependently partners with department managers to understand their workforce plans and, in turn, be able to translate that into actionable HR plansManages all employee matters with a sense of urgencyDevelop and analyze HR data & reports with appropriate actions for continuous planning and improvement, including reviews with department managersProvides guidance on compensation/incentive mattersConducts regular focus group discussions with actionable outcomesFacilitates annual performance and compensation review processes in accordance with global guidelinesIdentifies and leads HR projects proactively and when requestedAssists the Head of HR with the Employee Experience Survey, including post-survey action plansDesigns and facilitates employee engagement activities within departments/siteRegularly reviews and recommends enhancements to existing HR processesConducts/Facilitates HR process training and webinars as requiredWorks with the Talent Acquisition team to support growth and expansionPartners with Training & Education to identify relevant department/site trainingDrives Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in everything they doBuilds and maintains effective working relationships with the wider HR Team and cross-functional relationships within the siteBuilds relationships with external vendors and partnersMinimum Requirements:A proactive individual who is ready to drive their HR career in Genesys both as an individual contributor and within a team environmentAble to work confidently and independently with all levels of management in a consultative and analytical  capacity and with a sense of urgencyStrong, hands-on HR business partnering experience. Able to apply Talent Acquisition, Training & Education, Compensation & Benefits and Data & Analytics knowledge to advise managers and employees.Highly experienced in employee relations matters, including disciplinary guidance. A strong listener who can provide guidance and documentation unique to each case and ensure compliance with local labor and employment legislation. Familiar with changes in the law and/or the external environment affecting the HR area of specialization to be able to recommend enhancement to internal processes to align with market and local legislationComfortable working with data & reports to support decision-makingHas a working knowledge of global mobility, particularly work visa processingSignificant experience in leading HR projects at a site or multiple sitesSuccessfully managed employee engagement events either in the capacity of developing ideas and/or forming committees.
