We are a global company with a startup feel.Job DescriptionThe Genesys professional services team is looking for an experienced consultant to help Genesys customers plan for successful experience transformations. This role will act as a strategic advisor to help customers, and project teams, define the objectives and outline strategies for successful Journey Management and Experience Transformation. You will work alongside the Genesys Customer Success and Professional Service consultants to define strategies for our accounts and products, provide thought leadership for improving omni-channel customer experiences, and guidance for Experience and Journey Management. Deep knowledge of customer experience success metrics, transformation KPI’s, and improvement frameworks within and across industries will be critical to providing the right guidance to our customers.Core to our vision around Experience as a Service is building rust with and providing guidance to our customer and partners, and as a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will be at the forefront.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects and programs to deliver strategic programs and operational excellence for Journey Management and Experience TransformationsProvide thought leadership for Genesys customers to deliver better customer experiencesAct as subject matter expert for Experience Transformation objectives, strategies, and KPI’sWork directly with Genesys customers to understand their most pressing and challenging business questionsAssist customers in identifying strategic capabilities to maintain competitive advantages through best-in-class customer experienceWork with your Pointillist by Genesys Customer Success and Professional Service peers to deliver program excellence to customersBecome a subject matter expert in Journey Management and Omni-channel AnalyticsPlay a key role in the Pointillist by Genesys team’s efforts towards achieving customers’ success with Experience TransformationFacilitate design thinking workshops with customers to define transformation solutions and potential roadmapsAnalyze data to provide recommendations to customer executives on strategic effortsDrive 4 pillars of success including IVR Containment, Digital Containment, Journey Management and Customer Readiness for Genesys.Ensure Customer Readiness cross functionally and as a COE.Act as an ongoing point of contact and trusted advisor for your customersBuild strong relationships with customers and partners on all levels, including technical, business, and executiveBe an active participant in the Genesys communityQualifications:7+ years of work experience, ideally in business consulting, value consulting, transformation officeStrong skills in engaging business leaders to drive transformations programsExperience in management consulting to advise clients on transformation programs within large and/or complex organizationsExcellent quantitative and business modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations in support of value discovery, design, delivery and realizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to analyze complex business models, understand its economics and produce compelling transformation business casesProven ability to independently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectivelyMust be a self-starter, creative, high energy with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined teamPossessing a growth mindset, continually developing self by seeking opportunities to gain knowledge, expand skillsets, share knowledge, and broaden experienceKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasetsAdvanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skillsModerate domestic travel requiredCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
