Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: PS Consultant - Grade 6Department & Team: Genesys Cloud/COESummary of the Position: As part of the Genesys Cloud Team, the PS Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolution, and communication of customer issues reported by Genesys customers in Genesys Cloud contact center environment. The consultant must be able to manage customer issues with the highest degree of customer satisfaction.As such, the PS Consultant may be required to work in various shifts to ensure availability to our customers.Responsibilities:In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):< >Primary customer contact for providing accurate and creative technical solutions to user problems of moderate and difficult natureTo be the escalation support interface with customers and to ensure that the company is always represented in the most positive mannerMaintain the customer incident tracking system (Salesforce) with regular updates and resolution details.
