Responsibilities include maintaining the Equity database, processing equity awards and assist with tax reporting, excellent communication skills and experience with global plans.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily administration of the company’s stock plan globallyAssists with Grant issuance, Grant acceptance and Option ExercisesEnsure that all equity transactions including grants, exercises, distributions and cancellations are accurately processed in a timely and efficient mannerProcess equity transactions in compliance with current US and Global rules and tax regulations, SOX controls and governing stock plan documentsMonitor Equity mailbox and provide excellent customer service to employee inquiries on various issues related to equityAssist in the maintenance of documentation for plan administration and department proceduresSupport internal and external audit requirements for quarterly reviews, year-end auditsWorking with the Equity team to support all ad-hoc projectsAssist with Project administration as assignedWork closely with cross-functional teams (accounting, tax, payroll, legal on processes and proceduresMinimum RequirementsBasic understating stock administration principles3+ years of stock administration experience is requiredHighly detail oriented and ability to follow through with high levels of accuracyMS Office proficiency, Advance Excel skills, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough organizational skills and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectationsDesirable SkillsFidelity Stock Plan Administration experienceCEP – Certified Equity ProfessionalWorkday HRIS System experienceExperience with Global mobilityIndependent problem-solving ability#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
