You are also equipped with a natural curiosity to trends, patterns, and behaviour - both markets and users (customers). Responsibilities:Collect, identify, and analyst data setsDefine reporting and alerting requirementsElicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processesCommunicate key insights and findings to product, marketing, and business teamsConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the usersWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challengesTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teamsPropose innovative and practical solutions to address business challengesServe as a liaison between business stakeholders including product, business, and marketing groupsPresent findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiencesCollaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesAssist in project and marketing planning, estimation, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the planIdentify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancementRecommend process improvements and advise on required implementationsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BA, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a related roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process and data modeling, and documentationAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence and major Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization toolsNice to haves:MBA, BBA, Economics, or, MS, MathematicsCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)Fluency in Mandarin (oral) and Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional - written)Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Are you game?
