Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :The Assistant Store Manager, Retail Store oversees daily operations of the store, manages the store’s employees, and drives and maximizes sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales target.Essential duties and responsibilities:Responsible for the overall store experience, RazerStore standards, and company retail processManage all areas related to stock (store organization, replenishment, and inventory control)Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor & managing clients personally as well as supporting/teaching staff on the sameEnsure consistency in the implementation of the Brand Experience both internally and externallyEnsure an excellent level of customer service is always prioritizedEnsure an excellent level of store maintenance and housekeeping is maintained through the execution and follow-up of daily/weekly/monthly processesAlign with regional and global teams to create excitement around product launches, programs, and events to build the Brand’s influence, and promote high customer attendance and sales results.Enforce all store and company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security, and ensure company standards are always metManage the store’s employees, including hiring, offboarding, performance evaluation, scheduling, assigning duties and responsibilities, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).Review the daily, weekly, and quarterly financial data of the store regularly to ensure the store and staff are meeting their financial quotas.Train employees and provide continuing training and ongoing feedback and education in relation to Brand, Category, and Product KnowledgePerform RazerStore staff duties when neededPerform other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
