The nCino Senior Delivery Consultant/Analytics Advisor will provide subject matter expertise on the nCino Portfolio Analytics platform. This position will also require subject matter expertise and configuration on client paid engagements across nCino Portfolio Analytics’ product lines including portfolio risk and opportunity analysis, Current Expected Credit Loss Model (CECL) advisory services, regulatory exam preparation, and all other nCino Managed Services projects as assigned. This position is 50% Analysis and Consulting, 30% Technical, and 20% Project Management and requires working cross-functionally with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Data Support Engineers. Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise in delivering advisory service projects aligned with nCino Gold StandardsCommunicate to technical, business and executive customer stakeholders to set appropriate expectations related to customer commitment and requisite resource allocation for a successful deployment and confirm scheduleAnalyze, assess, and provide improvement recommendations on customer data quality that provides the foundation for all analysis performed.Deliver on customer advisory services engagements which will all require understanding of the business need and analyze reports and data available within Portfolio Analytics to provide analysis and recommendations to meet customer needsPresent findings to customer in an organized fashion and become a trusted advisor to customer in a way that will lead to future Advisory Services engagements. Provide regular updates to executive sponsor and internal nCino senior leadership on the status of each customer’s program delivery and detail the achievements against the agreed business metricsLead or support future communication, training structure, etc. to establish repeatable process for onboarding additional Delivery Consultants/Analytics Advisors.
