If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:The Product Business Analyst team in the Mainframe Division at Broadcom is responsible for critical business operations throughout the development & sales lifecycles.  This position is responsible for performing tasks on various systems related with selling, supporting, delivering, and managing telemetry of our software solutions to customers.Key responsibilities:Product Operations Administration for one of more solutions area, which includes ensuring we meet all regulations for product export, and the systems and processes are setup for sale & delivery of product to our customers.  Some responsibilities include:Proficiently create and maintain Material Master Data in Oracle, and RMTExpertly navigate, research, trouble shoot and correct Material Master Data setup issues causing quote and Customer Support Portal failuresMaintenance of ECCN for new releases or componentsProcess product master media and escrowFacilitate product communications to customersManage CQP SKUs to enable drop support renewalLead discussions regarding distribution, pricing and licensing related issuesExpertly process new and renewing third party licenses for MF products in Oracle ProcurementBuild and maintain relationships with other Broadcom organizations and provide product reporting as applicable to assist in their strategic initiativesIdentify areas of improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processesLead by documenting and sharing learned best practicesCoordinate special projectsBecome a subject matter expert and own a specific processDemonstrate comprehensive product and system knowledge and critical thinking skillsSystem Administration & user management for internal systemsClarity access & organizational structure managementManagement of Incorta & Data Studio  access requests for SOX complianceSlack Channel & User Group AdministrationBusiness Administration, including management & tracking of customer and Broadcom’s contractual obligations with regard to SCRT Report Management / TelemetrySCRT Report ManagementExpertly process SCRT reports using the provided tools and templates. Create SCRT process documentsMaintain information submitted by our external customersCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataCreate monthly reports to project customer usageResearch issues by reviewing of contract documents and specifications.Skills and qualifications- A successful Business Process Analyst candidate will have various skills and qualifications that help them solve problems using large amounts of data.Familiar with Oracle, access database, or other relational databasesFamiliar with tools for Software Release ManagementAnalytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniquesReporting and data visualization skills using softwareData Warehouse Usage ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelDependable - Ability to set and meet deadlinesAbility to work in high-pressure situationsTechnical writing skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong written/verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillQuality Mindset - Ability to QA and troubleshoot dataKnowledge of SCRT Reports, Mainframe Contracts and Mainframe Pricing a plusAbility to navigate contracts to find specific phrases or informationEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.Required Travel:  Less than 5%Work ExperienceTypically, 5 or more years of related work experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
