If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job Overview:The Engineering Program Management Lead is a key leadership role that combines operational oversight with strategic planning to ensure the success and growth of Division Value Streams’ (VS) programs and related functions. The role shares ownership of business outcomes across all VS’, provides thought leadership in an effort to drive success, and enables continuous improvement in organizational capabilities.Job Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and manage well-defined program management processes.Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes by assessing their effectiveness and efficiency.Manage VS’ across the division using various tools and methods for portfolio, program, and project tracking; as well as data analysis and collaboration.Work with Product, Engineering, and other VS stakeholders to help ensure alignment between strategy and execution: vision to roadmap to backlog.Oversee the creation and publication of features, capabilities, objectives and milestones for visibility and transparency to the full, cross-functional organization, as well as assist with tracking progress toward their execution.Manage and provide regular updates on the timeline and deliverables dashboards for the VS’.Manage the Release and Go-to-Market (GTM) processes for engineering, and ensure associated auditable checklists are complete and easily accessible.Help manage risks and dependencies both intra- and inter- programs and VS’; track, escalate as required; and drive impediments, risks, issues, and concerns to resolution.Oversee, ensure data-hygiene, track, and report progress on VS’ TD/TC work, Customer Defects, and Internal Defects.Ensure the VS’ stay current with all resource allocations and investment spend, and report on these on a regular basis or as directed by the Operations team.Make required allocation changes to investment types as needed and assist with high-level admin support and updates when users’ permissions are not sufficient.Facilitate quarterly reporting readiness for Executive Readouts, QSMs, AOP and QBRs.Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, ensuring alignment across members of the leadership team as well as cross-functional alignment across the many roles of the VS, and track progress against resulting actions.Provide thought leadership by providing insights, asking probing/clarifying questions, and identifying risks.Drive ad hoc VS and or Division initiatives of various scales and scopes at the request of the VS Leadership or Management.Assist, when applicable, with the gathering of customer insights and the disseminating of them across the team.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or computer science.12 years of experience in program management in the software space.12 years of experience in a role requiring strategic planning and significant cross-functional engagement with other internal teams.12 years of people management experience.Ability to drive innovative thinking and cross-functional collaboration towards solving challenging and impactful problems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong Facilitation skills.Well-organized and meticulously detail-oriented.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000  - $185,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
