What you will accomplishAs a Scrum Master, you will support our scrum teams in implementing complex solutions using different technologies and agile methods. You will be part of a cross-functional product team developing new features and maintaining the software. Skills & experienceTo qualify for this position, you must have:Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years scrum master experience, Master’s degree with three (3) years scrum master experience, or comparable professional experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc. coupled with certifications in agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with the following tools and processesJira / ConfluenceScrum methodologies and scrum ceremonies SaFe FrameworkTechnical background is an asset Excellent presentation and moderation skillsOpen and agile mindset.
