You will be part of a cross-functional product team developing new features and maintaining the software. In this role, you can expect to:Make significant contributions to processes and agile methods, delivering high-quality work that advances the product stability, scale, and technology relevance to customers.Build strong, collaborative relationships with Product Managers, Engineering and Documentation, who assist in product adoption.Work in cadence with our mature Agile teams, embracing a mindset of rapid learning, experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration.Thrive in an environment that balances autonomy with teamwork, rewards divergent as well as convergent thinking, and values your participation in long-term and short-term product decisions. Skills & experienceTo qualify for this position, you must have:Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years scrum master experience, Master’s degree with three (3) years scrum master experience, or comparable professional experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc. coupled with certifications in agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with the following tools and processesJira / ConfluenceScrum methodologies and scrum ceremonies SaFe FrameworkTechnical background is an asset Excellent presentation and moderation skillsOpen and agile mindset. To be successful, you will come to this role with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset:Enthusiastic and proactive about collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other technology experts in the organization to understand needs and deliver great solutions.constant improvement of our agile journey .Have a good understanding of agile teams, practices, and principles.To really stand out as the perfect person for this role, you may also have:Working experience in an Agile product development environment and working with Agile teams. Experience with SaFe FrameworkExperience with Broadcom AOD Tools (e.g Rally)Experience in managing distributed scrum teamsExperience in working with large international release trains Skills & experienceTo qualify for this position, you must have:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years scrum master experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years  scrum master experience, or comparable professional experience.Experience working in CI/CD EnvironmentExperience working in Agile Development EnvironmentsBusiness fluent in German & EnglishComfortable with the Atlassian and Google tool suite Certification as Scrum Master, SaFe         To be successful, you will come to this role with solid scrum master skills and a collaborative mindset:Enthusiastic and proactive about collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other technology experts in the organization to understand needs and deliver great solutions.Passionate about learning new technologies, new methods, and new skills.Have a good understanding of agile teams, practices, and principles. To really stand out as the perfect person for this role, you may also have:Working experience in an agile product development environment and working with agile teams.interpersonal skills in agile environments Why would you love working at Broadcom? Influence - We are a small team.
