We believe that diversity of thought and backgrounds makes us stronger, makes our products better, and makes our customers happier.What you will accomplishAs an Engineering Program Manager, you will own the development and evolution of AOD’s Hubspot implementation. This includes planning and managing new product features and investments and tracking the value these investments bring to our go-to-market teams. You will work across our division to ensure that teams understand how to effectively use the platform to track customer relationships and identify portfolio risk. You will manage the evolution of this important AOD software platform to drive customer engagement and growth. In this role you will:Develop a deep understanding of the AOD GTM strategy and use this knowledge to drive requirements and priorities for new features for the AOD HubSpot system for the marketing, sales and customer success teams. Where other teams manage backlogs of work related to the HubSpot tool, meet regularly with the Product Managers for these teams to understand the proposed system changes and work with the HubSpot Program Manager to understand the impact of these on the system. Ensure we do not have collisions in the software tool that cause data problems or system downtime. Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing with key stakeholders for new features built in HubSpot. Approve go/no-go for new feature release. Work with marketing and sales leaders to determine the best approach for user enablement. Where agreed, design and execute user enablement plans. Examine data completeness and quality where users are required to add information to HubSpot to allow for insights into annual forecasts, risks, sales plays, etc. Work with Sales Chief of Staff to define which data and processes need oversight. Ensure that our teams are using HubSpot correctly to support our GTM motionAct as the main point of contact for questions on how to use HubSpot and to receive new feature requirements. Responsible for approving, adding/removing users, managing teams and other HubSpot tool administrationThrive in an environment that balances autonomy with teamwork, rewards divergent as well as convergent thinking, and values your participation in long-term and short-term product decisions. Skills & experienceTo qualify for this position, you must have:Bachelor’s degree with at least twelve (12) years of managing large, challenging, cross-functional projects and programs in a software development environment. Past success in managing and delivering a software platform that is used by multiple functions in a large organization. Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from many different groups and at all levels of an organization to understand their pain points, solve their problems, and ensure their alignment in working toward a common goal.Ability to blaze new trails - create systems and processes where none existed before. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.To be successful, you will come to this role with:Enthusiastic and proactive about collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success team members in the organization to understand needs and deliver great solutions.Passionate about building software that makes people’s jobs easier and allows them to collaborate more effectively.A focus on measurable outcomes for your projects. Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
