Design, of key components like Digital Delay Lines, Encoders/Decoders, PRBS GEN / Check Clock Spines for DDR4/GDDR52. ASIC Clock distribution with either binary tree or hybrid SPINES.3. Complete system verification using Hspice, Spectre or other platforms4. Circuit architecture evaluation & verification 4. Interface with Layout, RTL, SI etc engineers to implement & integrate the developed IP5. Ability to do Lab measurements of the designed circuitsJob Requirements :1. Good knowledge of Digital design & Analog design and experience in buidling basic ciruits 2. Experience with implementing should Transceivers, Clocking elements like CDR, Serializer, De-Serializer etc3. Experience with implementing circuits in FinFet is highly desired & GAA is a bonus4. Very good in programming using PERL/Python or other scripting languages5. Very good understanding of the interconnect and its implication to speed6. Good understanding of signal integrity & power delivery, abilty to work with S-parameters / equivalent models to simulate systems in time-domain 5. Proven experience with past design of circuits greater than 1GHz is a must 6. Hands on skills with HSPICE, Verilog, IR drop analysis, Clock tools like Psiwinder etc7. The minimum job requirement for this position is M.S EE + 6 years or PHD + 3 Years.  Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $106,800 - $178,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
