Candidates must have the ability to interface, partner, and influence network vendors and technology partners.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Should have Current CCNA or above certification with an overall experience of 3-5 years in Design, Implementation, Installation, and managing and supporting activities of LAN and WAN NetworksExperience in deploying and supporting Cisco Routers and Switches, Cisco Firepower Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, as well as Nexus 5K, 9K Series in a Data Center EnvironmentExperience in deploying and supporting Cisco Meraki MX (SDWAN), MS (Switch) and MR (WiFi AP) in a Remote Office InfrastructureUnderstanding and experience with routing protocols (such as EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) and network protocols (such as IPv4, IPv6, NAT, Spanning Tree, flow export applications), DNS and also Knowledge of VPN technologies [Anyconnect, IPSEC VPN], switching, Security, QoS, Wi-Fi, Network Management and Monitoring SoftwareExperience in working with Internet Service Provider’s to resolve network latency and bandwidth issues and also on managing network documentation and quality control for all projects.Able to Create and edit network drawings using Microsoft VisioKnowledge of structured cabling, network facilities, electrical, UPS as well as knowledge or Experience with packet/protocol analyzers to find and remedy application and network performance issues.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplinesWhat will you be doing in this role?Support Network and Security solutions based on recognized standards and best practices.Collaborate and consult with team members on implementations and prioritize plans to meet standards & requirements.Work with peers to assist and support IT initiatives.Follow all Change Management and acceptance testing processes.Validate and/or improve processes for performing change and quality assurance checks.Follow all Incident and Problem Management processes for operational support.Participate in efforts to update to Network processes, procedures, guidelines, and standards.Participate in investigations, analysis, reviews, pilots, and evaluations of advanced technologies.Work with peers in recommending improvements to existing systems and help to identify potential issues for escalation and resolution.About the TeamOur mission is to design, implement and support a sustainable network architecture that is fast, secure, and flexible.
