We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst for our Patent Data Management Team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Patent Renewal Maintenance. The team consists of 18 members and is reporting to the Team Manager – Patent Data Management. Service Operations IP Analyst operates within the Patent Data Management team in Patent Renewals department.This is a fixed term position. Experience managing data through software and databasesExperience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; attention to detailA team-player attitude both within the Global Patent Renewals department and when communicating and collaborating with other key departments including BTO, CSA, Finance and Patent Maintenance teamsWhat will you be doing in this role? Using a consultative approach when responding to client queries in a timely manner by e-mail while meeting both internal and external deadlines and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.Gain and maintain a working knowledge of a large suite of intellectual property rules and regulations. Processing new files received through different channels, according to the client’s set up. Maintaining up to date administrative client data in Argos.Handling billing inquiries including questions, invoice adjustments, and assists with internal investigation regarding patent lifecycle and our surveillance system (Argos)Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find resolution to complex external/internal inquiries.Exhibiting an ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and employ time and task management with minimal supervision.Participating in Workflow creation and develops strategies to improve the efficiency of the processes.About the Team Patent Data Management Team is a team of 18, out of which 10 members are working within the Manual Case Processing Team and 8 in the Import team.
