We are looking for a Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare Technology team in Barcelona. This is an amazing opportunity to work on applications within our Healthcare portfolio, specifically on a new and exciting Real World Data product. You will be part of a Global team, working with Solutions Analyst in Spain, UK and India.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 2-3 years’ experience of working as a Business Analyst in software developmentBachelor's degree in a relevant technical (computer science, mechanical engineering, life science) disciplineExperience in process engineering and workflow design, high-level technical design, requirements gathering and specification elaborationKnowledge of JIRA and/or ConfluenceGood understanding of working in an Agile development environment or lean business process methodologiesIt would be great if you also had . . . Experience of working in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domains, particularly in the delivery of software to Healthcare companiesDesired technical attributes: Experience in the design and development of REST/SOAP web services; Data modelling; Data analysis and data visualization skillsWhat will you be doing in this role?Manage and own the product development process for specific initiatives from concept development through to product launch. Including elicitation, analysis, communication and validation of business and user requirements through facilitation between key business stakeholders.Maintaining a healthy backlog for the development teamProduct you will be developingYou will be working on a next generation Real World Data application, that will help pharmaceutical organizations get a holistic view of patients and their healthcare journeys.About the Team The Solutions Analysis team consists of 20+ Solutions Analysts located across three locations; UK, Spain and India. However, the project team with whom you will be working with on a daily basis will largely be located in India, with a UK or US-based product owner. The project team of 6-10 colleagues includes developers, QA, UX, Scrum Master and Architect.The internal stakeholders are the Product Management team and our external stakeholders are pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.Hours of Work This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) working with colleagues based in Barcelona, London and the US.
