Service Operations IP Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Patent Maintenance Team in Belgrade. We would love to speak with you if you want to develop further in the field of IP. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  University degree or equivalent working experience.C1 level of English; other languages are considered as a bonus.It would be great if you also had . . .  Ann exemplary can-do, proactive approach.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills.Experience working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.What will you be doing in this role? Monitor payments worldwide and perform pre-payment data requirements check.Deal with Agent inquiry and Client inquiry. Check and send order (directly/through Agents).Communicate with the Official IPR Offices (National, European and World IPR Organizations) and Agents worldwide.Provide pre-payment requirements to the Accounting (payment forecast). Transmit official evidence of the directly conducted payments to the Accounting. Operate with large Client portfolios.Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find resolution to complex external/internal inquiries. Exhibiting an ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and employ time and task management with minimal supervision.About the Team  Patent Maintenance Team is a team of 17, out of which 10 members are working within Order Agent Team and 7 in Capture team.
