We’re looking for Senior User Experience Researcher / conversion rate optimizer to join our global Web Experience team. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Digital Content. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our web pages to increase engagement and conversion – to help drive leads for our business! This role will be based in Noida, but you will work with people around the world and various departments across Clarivate.If you have a passion for using your SEO, PPC, social media ads and analytical skills to drive conversions and enjoy tweaking web pages and copy to drive leads, we would love to speak with you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years work experience in a marketing or ecommerce agency working with page optimization and conversionsMust be a super-user of a popular CMS (such as WordPress or Drupal, etc. – WordPress preferred)Must have experience using an optimization and A/B testing tool (such as VWO, Optimizely, etc.)Strong experience with Google Analytics and other measurement tools, with a passion for metrics.Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldSome experience with Google Ads and social ads would be preferredExperience with SEO tools like Moz, SEMRush, etc.What will you be doing in this role? Helping optimize key product and campaign pages on our website using A/B testing and suggesting content and/or design changes to optimize conversionsKey KPIs will be improved conversion rate (more form-fills, better engagement metrics)Assist in PPC ads as neededHave an optimization calendar for our web pages so we are constantly experimenting, improving for these KPIs with a very strong focus on analyticsAbout the Team You will be working with a very diverse team with many different skillsets. Our team is located all over the world and are each responsible for different parts of the website. Apart from working closely with Web team members, this role will be exposed to and interact with many other parts of the Marketing ecosystem: Demand Generation leaders, Customer Marketers, and Thought-leadership experts.
