Operational Excellence Analyst

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team in Chennai. This is an amazing opportunity to work on significant process improvement projects. You will be reporting to the Manager Operational Excellence. We have great skill set in problem solving and love to speak with you if you have matching skills.About You Minimum 3-5 years of content operation experience.Demonstrated Problem Solving skills enabling continuous improvement.Experience in using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.Ability to work with cross functional team and present progress update to leadership team.Minimum knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Power Point, Word and a statistical package (e.g. Minitab)It would be great if you also had . . .  Green or Black belt Certification with practical experience in continuous improvementHigh proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis using Power BIExperience in Process AutomationWhat will you be doing in this role? You will play key role in establishing quality driven content operations. Work alongside editorial Team Managers and Content Leaders to help determine effective and efficient workflows and processes which meet quality standards. Play an important and proactive part in ongoing content production and also contributes as required to content initiatives within group.About the Team   Operational Excellence Team is a group of professionals dedicated to improve content operations by continuously identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing solutions, and monitoring performance to ensure sustained results.
