This is an amazing opportunity to work on Patent Search & Analytics Services. This role is reporting to the China IP Service Team Manager. We have a great skill set in Patent Search & Analytics and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Patent Search & Analytics in Chemistry and related fields. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 3+ years of solid experience in conducting patentability, invalidity, FTO and state-of-the art (SOA) searches.B.S. Degree in Chemistry or related areas, M.S., PhD or equivalent experience a plusChinese native with English patent search, analysis, and report writing capability, fluent oral English proficiency a plusIt would be great if you also had . . . M.S., PhD or equivalent experience in Chemistry or related areas.Knowledge and experience in use of CAS STN database such as structure and keyword based searchingStrong presentation, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and time management skillsDemonstrated track record of successful execution and delivery of search and/or analytics projects on-time and with high qualityFamiliar with at least one patent database or analytics toolAbility to work under pressure and in a customer-facing environmentIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is expectedWhat will you be doing in this role?Work on project execution of patent search projectsSupport the intake, execution, and delivery of patent search and/or analytics projects Communicate with customers on needs clarification, solution design, project execution and deliveryCollaborate with global patent service team from scope design to project delivery to ensure the highest customer satisfactionPerform quality checks on outgoing workProvide subject matter expertise, including internal and external client pre-sales and post-sales telephone calls and presentationsUnder general direction from the team manager, perform other tasks as requiredHours of Work Flexible working hours with hybrid working model. 2-3 days mandatory worked in Clarivate office or at customer site.
