As a Lead Epidemiologist, you need to Conduct research using online grey literature datasets such as NHANES, HCUP, cancer registries, government survey data, and other resources to summarize current information on prevalence, and to forecast numbers for a variety of diseases; and suggest use of proxy data sources or develop imputation or extrapolation models when country-specific sources are not available. You will also support other programs and units within Company, for instance, by helping to maintain and enhance a sources database and by contributing to new products and proprietary consulting projects globally.What you will need:Master’s degree in Epidemiology or Public HealthAt least 7 years in Systematic literature review experienceSAS analysis skillA strong methodological background in epidemiologyFamiliar with MS Office including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.Would be great if you also have:Experience with client interactionExperience analyzing large data setsClaims data analysis experience in SQL and/or PythonOncology experienceRWD experienceWhat will you be doing in this role? Perform fully documented systematic reviews of both published and grey literature on the epidemiology of assigned diseases and their risk factors to estimate incidence/prevalence over a 10-30 year period.Produce analyses for pharmaceutical drug developers on the descriptive epidemiology of major drug indications in mature and developing markets.Conduct research using online grey literature datasets such as NHANES, HCUP, literature, cancer registries, government survey data, and other resources to summarize current information on prevalence, and to forecast numbers for a variety of diseases.Suggest use of proxy data sources or develop imputation or extrapolation models when country-specific sources are not available.Support other programs and units within Company, for instance, by helping to maintain and enhance a sources database and by contributing to new products and proprietary consulting projects globally.About the Team   This team is responsible for conducting analytical research to support the needs of customers including performing fully documented systematic reviews of both published and grey literature on the epidemiology of assigned diseases and their risk factors to estimate incidence/prevalence over a 10–20-year period etcHours of Work  Monday to Friday, 40 hours in a week as an FTE.
