Solution Architect, Salesforce CPQ

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Clarivate, you will play an important role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will be working closely with our Development Manager and his team of developers to develop and deliver solutions using agile methodology and to achieve the objectives setup by the business for the Enterprise Services team. You will be working with the team to provide architectural vision, technical guidance, developing complex proof of concepts, and ensuring the delivery of Salesforce projects assigned.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 9+ years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ, CPQ Sales, Communities, or related Salesforce productsExperience implementing CPQ solutions using Conga CPQIt would be great if you also had…Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience as a lead or solution architect in two or more transformation projects in sales, CPQ, service, or experience cloudSalesforce certifications in Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQExperience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Lightning Web components, and other Salesforce development techniquesExperience developing or leading projects that support end to end implementation with Salesforce CRM and finance systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite, etc.)Experience working on CI/CD tools, and source code repository services like GitHub, BitbucketExperience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integration with third-party systemsWhat you will be doingCollaborate with product specialist, and development manager to understand complex requirements/projects and translate them into Salesforce solutionsWork closely with the Development Manager to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirementsLead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Conga CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Communities, and related technologiesPerform code reviews and quality assurance to uphold coding standards and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing system performance and functionalityProvide expertise on the Salesforce.com Apex, API's, profiles, security model, Chat, Service Console, and Experience Cloud (community), while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for our internal sandboxesYou must have an excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products, such as the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (community), and Force .com.
