As a member of IPMS Professional Services, Project Management Office, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing IP management software system implementation projects and the completion of implementation tasks during professional services engagements for the suite of software solutions provided by the IP Management Software & Services business group.About You – Experience, Education, Skills & AccomplishmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience related to the jobPMP Certification or corresponding certification7+ years of relevant work experience in project managementIt would be great if you have…Experience managing SaaS product implementations and professional services projects is strongly preferredExperience in Intellectual PropertyA detail-oriented, intellectually curious, self-starter with a creative problem-solving mindsetExperience managing multiple projects in parallel, balancing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high levels of client satisfactionWhat you will be doing in this roleThe Project Manager will work closely with Clarivate professional services colleagues and Client project teams during system implementations and professional services projects globally to—Coordinate project activities including project planning and scheduling, resource assignments, planning and facilitating project meetings, steering committees, and status reports; monitor project KPIs, tasks, deliverables, time entry, budgets, billing, and project health; lead Change Management discussions with clientsFunction as overall primary point of contact for the client project team and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projectsKeep executive team and stakeholders informed of project progress.Identify and manage project risks and issues; develop risk mitigation and communication plans; document and communicate project issues and risks; manage project scope and the Clarivate Change Order processReview, analyze and prepare reports related to project portfolio and team performance metrics; monitor project status and project financial performance and prepare related reports and dashboardsEnsure internal and external client satisfaction by completing deliverables in accordance with project plans, project budgets, and client-stated objectivesSupport client testing activities by monitoring issue reports and tracking issue resolutionAddress issues proactively and professionally based on knowledge of IP software and SaaS best practices, IPMS products, and related applications and toolsReview project reports to ensure timely completion of project tasks, address capacity and resource allocation issues, and proactively manage issues resulting in scope and budget overagesMonitor and report on project key success metrics and client CSAT resultsParticipate and help drive the development, continual refinement, and documentation of PMO standard operating procedures and best practices, global professional services initiatives, and standardization of implementation activitiesHours of WorkFull-time, permanent position with a Monday-Friday work weekThis is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in office at one of the Clarivate locations (Ann Arbor MI, Alexandria VA, Philadelphia PA, Kansas City KS)#LI-Hybrid#LI-LPClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
