Engagement Manager, Real World Data Analytics

We are seeking dynamic professional to join our Real World Data (RWD) team as an Engagement Manager/Consultant for our mission-critical Real World Data & Analytics team. This individual will work closely with operations teams to ensure engagement, success, and satisfaction from our largest and most complex real-world data clients.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field5 + years of experience in biopharmaceutical/medical technology industry, data analysis and / or consulting roles, including experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility3 + years of experience working in therapy areas, performing secondary research to derive key disease insights and act as subject matter expert on indications/interventions3 + years of experience in healthcare, and specifically life sciences3 + years of experience working with patient analytics and evidence generation using RWD It would be great if you also had...Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skillsStructured thinker able to quickly analyze and distill key issuesPassion for solving complex data challenges and ability to communicate them in a concise fashionWhat will you be doing in this role?Independently manage and lead Real World Data-based data analytics projects through execution and deliveryLead client interactions, project success, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of clientsExecute and support larger, complex engagements in collaboration with senior team membersCreate and communicate client-ready deliverables that answer business questions, and ensure high-quality outputs and results that make sense in the business and therapy area contextFacilitate workshops with clients to understand needs and how to leverage Real World Data to meet those needsSupport the growth of the Analytics business by driving or contributing to the sale of data, services, and advanced analytics, collaborating with teams across the organization to leverage Subject Matter Experts and Thought Leadership to promote servicesServe as a mentor to junior team members, identifying their areas of growth and providing constructive feedbackAbout the TeamThe Analytics and Insights team provides custom and semi-custom data and analytical solutions to the world's largest biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies.
