Senior Manager, Software Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the Trademark Initiatives within the Intellectual Property (IP) domain.We have a great skill set in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, etc. and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in a similar suite of technologies.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor /Master degree in technology with min 12 years of experience in Java development/coding.At least 5 years’ experience in managing the software team(s).Min 10 years of experience in Spring Boot ,Microservices, MySQL/Postgres or any RDBMSAt least 3+ of experience in AWSGit or any source versioning tool experienceExtremely comfortable coming up with Design and architecture of systemsIt would be great if you also had . . .  Any C++ background or understanding of the C++ codeJava, AWS, or PL/SQL any levels of CertificationsAngular / React JS (Practical/theoretical knowledge)What will you be doing in this role? Mentoring Java and C++ developersManaging a team in global environmentDrive Design and architectural discussionsAccountable for managing the quarterly planned deliverables.Product you will be developingWe are working on analyzing our legacy architecture to migrate the code and components into the latest Singularity architecture of the Trademark applications.About the Team   We are an Application Development and Management team in Trademark Technology. We are also a data team responsible for writing, converting, and converging many applications to our newer architecture used for data acquisition, ingestion, enrichment, and distribution to various consumers.Hours of Work  We are working usually from 2 PM – 11 PM IST time.
