Clarivate is seeking to hire an Order Management & Billing Advisor to join our global Finance team! The successful candidate will have a background in order management, billing, and related processes, as well as experience working with relevant software systems. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. The Order Management & Billing Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients. Proficiency in English, Japanese and Mandarin languages is a mandatory prerequisite.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsUniversity level degree or equivalent required, experience in finance or accounting would be preferred. 2-3 years direct experience preferred with billing/invoicing or subscription management with a good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order to Cash/Billing system Good overall business knowledgeGood knowledge of Order Management processes and business systems including Oracle EBS, Saleforce, Zuora & Netsuite preferable.Effective communication skillsAbility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsResearch skills and able to work on own initiativePersonality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and performance.
