Aspire is looking for an amazing Demand Generation Strategist who will drive strategy for the marketing playbooks that drive lead volume and optimize conversion throughout the pipeline funnel across Aspire. The ideal person for this role is a data-driven, strategic thinker who also is proficient at working with leaders across departments. If you prefer fast-paced, growth-stage companies with incredible trajectories, this might be the right opportunity for you.What You’ll Do:Be the quarterback of the growth engine for early-stage Aspire products, leading cross-functionally to shape execution across a range of marketing channelsPartner closely with our marketing strategy leaders to understand the needs of our prospects across customer segments and across points in the funnel such that we ca provide them the right message at the right time to increase their interestWork with the internal partners who own the various touch points across the customer journey to implement messaging cadences and personalization playbooks that optimize conversionWork with MDR and SDR team leaders to optimize rep outreach, providing optimization or content improvements to increase connect rates with prospectsSet up A/B testing plans and reporting systems that will allow us to systematically optimize conversion rates over timeAssess opportunity sizes across our touchpoints and our product lines to produce a prioritized strategy for the order in which we tackle new opportunities and the amount of resources dedicated to eachOwn campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and strategy team members.Report out on results and learnings in a way that will allow all partners to benefit and see ongoing opportunities within their channelsManage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgetsWhat You’ll Need:3-4 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results ininfluencing business outcomes2+ years of demand generation experience, ideally within growth-stage company environmentsB2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with Inbound Demand Generation funnelsExperience working with xDR (MDR/SDR/BDR) sales development teamsAbility to lead by influence, especially working cross functionally with sales and marketing leadersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using measurement and analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisionsDemonstrated ability to prioritize activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutionsEntrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset with track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quicklyExperience working with trade media is a plusExperience working in growth-stage marketing environments is a plusWhere you’ll work:Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, we are willing to accept remote employees for this role.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $64,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
