We are excited to welcome new members to our team!About the RoleAs a Software Application Engineer for Service Management Office Reporting, Analytics and Dashboard you will collaborate with business systems analysts and customers to design and deliver reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform. Using your knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and IT Asset Management you will provide real time visibility into data and forecasts for effective decision making.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Service Management Reports and Dashboard.Well versed with creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNowExperience on reporting tools like Snowflake and Tableau will be an added advantage. Proven experience in creation of performance analytics dashboards, KPIs and Metrics.Other QualificationsSetting overall reporting standards, frequency, and consistencies across various technology solutionsAbility to partner with business analysts, consumers of the platform, and others to craft meaningful dashboards, reports, and builds analytical representation of the dataImplements the governance surrounding all reporting.Makes recommendations to improve the use of reporting and analytics to drive outcomesAble to engage with Senior Management stakeholders to understand requirements and create performance analytics dashboards, KPIs and Metrics, Reports and Dashboards in Snowflake/TableauOpen to learn other reporting applications and deliver as neededGood understanding of the ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management functionality to be able to explain trends from the reports/dashboards dataMust be a Team player and should be able to work with minimal day to day supervisionOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
