As part of SE, the Field Readiness Architects (FRA) are the primary ecosystem leaders by product area who drive field awareness and make sure consultants are fully equipped to implement Workday.About the RoleThis role within Field Readiness is passionate about the successful implementation of core Workday technologies that underpin each and every Workday product deployment.The Field Readiness Architect will provide guidance and leadership to the field through the following programs:Product LeadKnowledge Sharing SessionsProduct Release Update Certification ProgramAltitude, Rising and Workday major eventsAdditionally, the FRA will provide ownership of:Collaborating with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our Extend platform and articulate the product vision and advisory services for deployment teams.Funneling challenges, obstacles and opportunities to the product and field readiness teams in order to optimize current functionality and influence future product roadmap.Engaging with program teams to incubate new products and packaged solutions in a collaborative manner with product, sales and services.Providing counsel to our customers and partners on how to best integrate their internal and third-party solutions with their Workday Extend apps.Providing technical mentorship and oversight on Workday's platforms, guiding on performance, scalability, and maintainability.About YouBasic Qualifications2+ years experience deploying or supporting Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management or Student Information Systems.2+ years experience crafting and delivering cloud application solutions end-to-end in a technical consulting role.1+ year(s) in a lead role, management role, education role, or in a role coaching or mentoring others.Other QualificationsExperience designing, building, and deploying applications with the Workday Extend product.Proficiency in the Workday technology stack including the integration framework, SOAP/REST APIs, reporting, and data conversion.Implementation experience and competency with project methodology concepts.Superb communication capability.Excellent presentation skills including background in communicating and crafting presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types (virtual, classroom, recorded, etc.).Proficient in handling contending priorities.Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
