The role is part of the Business Technology organization.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and influence the WoW technology team operations and work executionEnsure systems focus on global consistency, scalability and data accuracyBuild and establish the future WoW team in DublinLead design, development, and implementation of technologiesWork with fellow WoW leaders on day-day initiatives, strategy and overall operations.Partner with BT leaders, HR and Finance leads to influence, optimize, and incorporate new capabilities provided by the Workday systemAlign with the strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growthMaintain positive relationships based on trust, transparency and results with primary business partners and WoW team membersChampion appropriate trade-offs and ensure clear accountability, targets, timelines and work for each major initiative and for the teamEnsure the security, scalability, reliability of business-critical systems which includes leading priorities and balancing demand in a constantly evolving environmentLead on-call responsibilities and ensure global coverage for critical Workday platformProvide technical leadership and support for team members on all aspects of platform configuration, delivery and operationsPrepare, publish and participate in quarterly and monthly business reviews for Workday platform health and roadmapAbout YouTo empower your team and be successful in this role, your management style will need to line up with Workday’s core values - passionate about putting people first.
