The Program and Business Operations team works with stakeholders within BT and outside to define, align on, and implement the strategic programs and operations. The team is also responsible for standardizing program methodologies, tools and operations/metrics across the BT organization to provide a unified experience to business stakeholders and customers.About the RoleYou will develop, maintain and improve asset management governance, standards, procedures, plans, controls, and operating metrics to achieve operational objectives for full-cycle asset management. You will identify opportunities for value realization and drive teams for adoption. You will evaluate current practices, collect information and industry trends, and create specifications to develop and implement process improvements. You will partner in procurement strategies to optimize technology spend across the organization. You will also develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their life cycles. You will support financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes in the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, align and implement strategies for effective full-cycle asset governance processesDevelop, implement, and continually monitor ITAM policies, standards, controls and processes to maintain the quality and integrity of the IT asset managementEstablish and maintain CMDB architectural standards and provide prescriptive guidance on service modeling within the CMDB in support of scalability, automation, and time to value.ensuring that documentation is up to date and well understood with IT teams across the enterprise. Develop and conduct training as needed for use by department level staff to maintain inventory. Develop enterprise level training curriculum and review process owner training Provide guidance and direction to department leaders and process owners for process adherence, maintenance, and improvement.Drive continuous improvement efforts for each asset sub process throughout Enterprise. This includes integration between ITAM processes, financial processes, procurement and other processes that feed or interact with the ITAM program.Collaborate with the service management team to establish and support points such as financial systems, CrowdStrike, JAMF, etc.Plan and manage governance committee meetings, including agenda/action item tracking.Establish cadences to convene advisory groups of stakeholders to review, prioritize, and guide IT asset program decision-making.Develops KPIs and manages improvement initiatives through continuous monitoring and reporting for the IT asset portfolio.Create executive-level project plans and presentations in support of the ITAM program.Identify opportunities for asset rationalization and value realization by removing duplicate capabilities. Work with stakeholders to drive adoption of the asset rationalizations strategy.Collaborate with the Service Management Office in planning, designing, developing, testing and implementation of software in support of ITAM processes across the enterprise.Collaborate with procurement to strategize and align on the contract negotiating process.Manage vendor relationships, set expectations, identify improvement areas and implement efficient QBR process Other duties as assigned.About YouAt least 8 years of experience serving an IT organization as program manager or program director for ITAM governance and vendor managementDemonstrated proficiency in consolidating data from numerous sources to create presentations for all levels of management and other stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of IT asset management principles, best practices, and industry standardsFamiliarity with IT infrastructure components, including hardware, networks, and data centersProficiency in using asset management tools and systems.Strong analytical, problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals and objectivesExcellent understanding of document control, update processes, and toolsEducation: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related work experienceWorkday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
