As a part of Workday’s Identity and Access Management team you will have the opportunity to drive the delivery of Workday’s provisioning and governance capabilities. This is a highly collaborative role with fast paced changes in technologies and processes.About the RoleWork on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services.Oversee synchronization between on-premise AD and Cloud Azure AD. Responsible for manage Group Policies, Organizational Units, Security Groups and members in both AD and Azure AD.Design role based access controls and access based access controls in AD and Azure AD.Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Integrate with modern SaaS based SSO technologies like Okta with AD and Azure AD.Work on remediating security vulnerabilities to comply with Internal Security Policies.Create reports for quarterly user access reviews and admin access reviews based on internal audit requirements.Produce detailed technical and process documents for AD and Azure AD.About YouBasic Qualification5 + years experience on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services.Oversee synchronization between on-premise AD and Cloud Azure AD.
