This is a senior position and will require a strong background in both strategy and execution along with a desire to build scaled partner and customer success.This individual will recruit & lead partnerships with different types of partners like boutiques and GSIs from a GTM strategy development through to execution. The role will be responsible for recruitment of new partners and key activities building and executing partner business plans, driving alignment between our field teams and our partners, and identifying areas for joint innovation.The candidate will also collaborate cross functionally, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, Alliances, and People teams. If you have a stellar track record of success leading Partnerships in the Planning and/ ERP SaaS space, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then Workday is the place for you.
