We provide outstanding experiences across the lifecycle by focusing on customer outcomes and improving adoption of our products.About the RoleWe are looking for a strong communications strategist with experience driving executive communications in a globally diverse environment. The role crafts, distributes, and analyses content across various Customer Success touchpoints that support our communications strategy and drive awareness, engagement, and energy around our programs.You will partner closely with the Group Vice President, Global Customer Success to drive thought leadership and build a presence for the Customer Success organization across CX and Workday.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport employee communications such as internal speaking engagements and video scripts.Develop internal messaging and presentations for company updates, business updates, key initiatives, industry issues, and other topics.Work hands-on with the leadership team to plan, write, edit, and distribute a variety of Success focused communication materials.Develop messaging that supports customer-facing collateral development, video case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and more.Identify new ways to improve how Customer Success communicates with and engages employees, customers, and partners.Partner tightly with the other teams across Workday to ensure tight alignment of messages and narratives.About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years working in corporate communications and marketing including executive communications experience.2+ years experience developing and implementing strategic employee and external communications across channels.Other QualificationsStrong presentation design (e.g. PowerPoint/Google Slides) skills to walk an audience through a narrative with visuals.Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities and strong attention to detail.Ability to distill information into concise messaging written in a direct and warm tone.Experience with organizational change and sharing key initiatives across multiple internal target audiences.Able to identify relationships between programs and understand the impact to other programs.Ability to switch priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
