This team has recently been formed to support Workday's continued effort to scale and further advance our customer's experience. This newly established team will drive adoption, increase value, drive customer advocacy, and mitigate risk at scale within a global customer base.This is a Global support role which requires staggered hour support (non-shift).About the RoleThe role of the Success Guide is responsible for helping to improve adoption and grow customers’ value at scale. They will engage with customers across their lifecycle following data driven actions, delivering prescriptive 1:1 guidance, 1: many programs, and engage with the Workday Community. They will partner with Success Leads supporting them in their strategic engagements with administrative assistance. Success Guides play a critical role in providing the right recommendation at the right time, to the right person enabling customer value realization at scale.Key Responsibilities:Execute on prescriptive Success Plays based on customer needs delivered 1:1Be an expert in your field in order to provide the right recommendations, enabling value realization for our customersDeliver on 1:many Customer Success ProgramsEngage with Customers supervising and moderating Success related forums in Workday CommunityProvide support to Success Teams by executing on well defined deliverables internallyAbout YouThe Success Guide is organized, agile, and passionate about Customer Success. They have excellent presentation and communication skills in both a 1 on 1 and group setting. Using their product knowledge they deliver value to both customers and internal teams.Basic Qualifications2-3 years relevant work experience in a scaled Customer Success roleExperience working globallyOther QualificationsWorking knowledge of core business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)Motivated to learn and grow knowledge around all aspects of a successful product, project and transformational change in organizationsGood interpersonal skills; internal and external, written and verbal communication are important in this roleAbility to present and interact with business teams with ease and integrityAnalytical and process orientedWorkday is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
