We are looking for a proactive, innovative, energetic full-time Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate for this position would have a passion for data, be very detail oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to successfully interact with customers and the Workday implementation teams. You should be ready to be challenged and have fun!About the RoleGuide customers through the data gathering process to convert customer configuration data into Workday.Educate customers on concepts to assist in decision making during their Workday journey.Understand client business requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation of those requirements collected during the transformation process.Configure the Workday solution to deliver the initial tenant. Analyze and creatively resolve issues as required.
