We partner closely with teams across Workday to support the company’s growth, innovation, and integrity by providing corporate secretarial support both domestically and internationally, facilitating US securities filings, and ensuring compliance with international corporate laws for all of our Workday entities.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Paralegal to lead our outstanding paralegal team, provide corporate secretarial and board support for our US public company, and drive innovative projects to help scale our fast-growing company.
